Free delivery across the UK
Every order ships free — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. The price you see is the price you pay, whichever colour you choose.
Each bunny is personalised and made to order, which takes 1–2 working days. Standard tracked delivery then takes 2–4 working days, so most UK orders arrive within 3–6 working days.
Express tracked delivery (1–2 working days after production) is offered at checkout for orders that need to arrive sooner. You will receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
60-day money-back promise
If your bunny arrives damaged, the print is not what you approved, or you are simply not happy with it, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you in full.
Because every bunny is personalised, we never ask you to post it back. A clear photo of the issue is all we need.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 working days of approval.

Our UK support team is available every hour of every day, including weekends and bank holidays. Average first reply is under one hour.
Email help@memorybunny.co.uk with your order number and we will pick it up straight away. Need to change a photo or your address after ordering? Message us within 12 hours and we can usually update it before printing.
